PLEASE NOTE: We require a pre-payment of the exam fee (per patient) for new clients, or clients we have not seen in over two years. This pre-payment will be held as a credit on the account until the appointment(s). If the appointment is cancelled, the fee will be reimbursed. If the appointment is missed, the pre-paid total is forfeited to the clinic as a no-show fee. If a current client misses an appointment, a pre-payment for the next exam will be required.
