Here is some information about our payment policies and forms of payment we accept. Please do not hesitate to call us at 218-262-1051 if you have any questions.
1. Payment is required when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. We understand that unexpected expenses sometimes occur with pets. Because of this, we do accept CareCredit. CareCredit allows you to pay for your unexpected veterinary costs in six monthly installments. The application for CareCredit can be completed in five minutes and it only takes a few minutes to find out if you are approved. If you apply while you are at our hospital, we will call in your application via phone. You may also apply online at www.CareCredit.com. There is no annual fee, no interest for six months, and there are low monthly payments (3% of the total balance). Please speak with a staff member or visit the CareCredit website for more information.
